Long time no see and happy Eid! I doubt anyone would be playing along or take this seriously, but I still kept making this thread and game as a possibility if anyone is interested.
The Rules:
How to play:
There are two teams; the team "Bebop" and the criminals that have a bounty on them. The criminals don't know who are the members of "Bebop", they need to figure it out themselves.
Team "Bebop" consists of five players, you will get notified as a member of "Bebop" with a PM by the narrator (also known as "Big Shot"), members of "Bebop" may not know who the rest of the members of "Bebop" are besides themselves (by doing it like this no one would be able to pull a Bloodania), the only hint that can be made is when a player is chosen to get killed, if s/he gets announced as "dead" that would mean s/he was a member of "Bebop", if s/he gets announced as "arrested" that would mean s/he was a criminal. There is 20 players in total.
Around 15:00-14:00, all players MUST vote who they think is part of team "Bebop" that should be killed. If you do not vote or vote too late (after 14:00), you will be killed instead of the person that was intended to die that day.
How to win:
If team "Bebop" have 'arrested' all criminals, they'll win and the criminals lose.
If the criminals have killed every member of "Bebop", they'll win and the members of "Bebop" lose.
How to vote:
Who will be killed by the criminals or arrested by "Bebop" will both be decided through voting.
The player who has received the most votes will be killed or arrested. Shortly after 18:00, the player who has received the most votes will be announced dead or arrested by "Big Shot". If it's a tie between 2 or more players, no one will be killed that day (unless what has been stated above highlighted in bold).
Special roles:
Big Shot: The narrator (or "Big Shot") has the ability to kick one person out of the game at least once in the game, never more than that, but doing that will cost his own position as a narrator and instead of a voting on who to kill or arrest that day, there will be an 'election' on who to become the next "Big Shot", if there is more than one volunteer, if not, the one volunteer will take the position immediately after the former "Big Shot" announce that the player is now officially the new "Big Shot" for the rest of this game (v.1), the original "Big Shot" (Bloodania) will return for future games again unless he repeat this same incident again. Original "Big Shot" (Bloodania) will also switch places with new "Big Shot's" previous role as a player, since narrators can't be doing both. If there is no volunteers, original "Big Shot" (Bloodania) will keep continue being the narrator.
The Three Old Men: Three random players will not be able to get killed nor arrested until the last day, when there is only 5 players back where they would all three immediately get announced dead/arrested afterwards, making it only two players left in the game, where the game ends. Though the three random players have the ability to vote on each other dead/arrested if they will! The three random players will not be made hidden to anyone.
Roger: This special role is only unlocked at night (02:00-03:00), and to understand his special role and ability should be solved through a 'riddle' of some sort that is; he is a 'guy' whose name is "Roger", he takes it out on the 'blue', when he is crazy as hell, he got taken by the cops for the 'Christ', the cops later said "Roger, Roger", and he was blank and got the teeth of the Saints.
This character is pretty much pointless to the game unless you solve the riddle, though "Big Shot" will not announce if your answer to the riddle is true or not.
Users banned from joining the game:
To be announced.
Additional rules:
To be announced. If you have a good idea for a rule, tell me about it in the replies and I will add it to
"additional rules", if I allow it.
Players who are part of team "Bebop" have gotten a PM.
Aviid, Brynhildr & Stormatix are "The Three Old Men."
You may only try to solve "The Roger Riddle" 02:00-03:00 o'clock, and voting will be starting 14:00-18:00 o'clock. I will announce when someone gets arrested or killed.
Stormatix said: So, uh, who's side is the three old men on?
I assume Bebop, but I haven't watched the show
If you've got a PM, you are Bebop. If not, you are not. This special role simply gives you the ability to not be voted on during the whole game, though the two other players who are TTOM can vote on you if they like, it isn't a separate third team.
Wyzdm said: So the voting time is from 14:00- 18:00, meaning only a span of 4 hours?
Yes.
What if you're asleep during that time?
I'm not sleeping that early.
Hold on, typo. I meant what if people are asleep during those 4 hours?
I don't know, if we extend the time I would probably be sleeping.
Why don't we make the voting period longer?
Because of what I just said, I would probably be sleeping.
So make the voting period end after you wake up :P
Should we do it like this; 15:00-14:00?
Ummm I'm not sure exactly what timings we should put but having it for only 4 hours is definitely too short.
But if 15:00-14:00, it would be 23 hours of voting, where everyone would be given the enough time to vote, even in the times I'm sleeping. I guess we should do it like this, who's agree?
Stormatix, you can't vote on non-TTOM as you are a TTOM yourself. Therefor, you can only vote on others who are TTOM or just not vote at all as you are a witness.
Criminals don't get PMs, that's the way you know your role.
That's why it was a joke.
I couldn't understand your pitiful sarcastic joke, maybe it's because of the cultural differences.
Well, I'll be quite honest here. If the rules state that criminals don't get role PMs, then what would the benefit of me saying I didn't get one be? Other than a lighthearted attempt at a chuckle and discussion spark.
What cultural differences might you be referring to?
