Well for one, he lashed out at her because he was understandably upset about his inability to play his music.

Then when he gets out of the hospital, he doesn't even bother to tell her he was checking out, which can be chalked up to genuine obliviousness.

Then there's some of his behaviors in the PSP game

There's also Urobuchi's official statement saying that if the two did get together, he'd stand her up on dates in order to play the violin.

Sayaka may have fallen off the deep end due to her own problems, but there's no denying he was kinda inconsiderate to her. I'm not saying Sayaka deserves his love because she stayed by his side, but we never really see him treating her like even a friend. He's just so wrapped up in his own situation.

I have a dream, that one day the anime community agrees on a clear definition of what counts as a loli.

As it stands, I am confused as hell when it comes to that. Except for Black Bullet, since the author confirmed that what we see are lolis.

He doesnt HAVE to inform her of everything he does as for the spoiler people do/say stuff when in panic/freaked out.

And we actually she him doing such things to Shizuki in Rebellion. But I dont see how that is a reason to hate a character.

If it's only for that reason, then I agree Kamijou does not deserve the hate. But the thing he does to Sayaka can be considered as "lack of respect". She constantly visits him in the hospital, but he lashes out anger at her. It's understandable because he's upset at that moment, but he doesn't apologize to her afterwards.

He doesn't inform her when he gets out of the hospital. It's inconsiderate of him to make her go all the way to the hospital knowing she often visits him. Any decent human being will at least send a text or leave a note.

Inconsiderate yes, but not a decent human being?

I honestly don't think we've seen enough of him to say that.

One can speculate whatever he was thinking when he did these inconsiderate things. And depending on how you see it he could be either a pretty bad person or just a very oblivious/stupid one.

Actually he does apologize, when she goes to see him after his hand is healed, and she tells him not to worry about it and just to concentrate on being happy. (Oh, Sayaka!) But I do agree he could have told her at least when he knew he was being discharged. This is a world with mobile phones after all - and even if the magical girls all seem very bad at giving each other their numbers we can assume that Kamijou would have his childhood friend's.

Didn't plot device boy get "taken" by her best friend?

His attitute had nothing to do with how Sayaka acted....

I didn't believe that people could find issue with him of all people.

Even sword art online did tragedy right.

Death is final for the girls in SAO, not for Madoka.

Sword art online did not simply play on pity.A person is defined by how the lived, not merely by how they suffered.

Its ranking is so high for being even worse than SAO as anime fandom worships Gen Urobochi like a God,with MAL forcibly enforcing its rank.

Why are you comparing to completely unrelated shows?
Also,no death is not final in SAO.
Asuna and krito both should have died at the end of the first arc,but they didn't for no reason whatsoever.

Futhermore you got it wrong.People "workship" Urobochi because they like his work, not the other way around.
The fewest people knew him before this show.

Actually no, Kayaba promised Kirito to not let Asuna die, as for Kirito, he won the game before he died for good so Kayaba didn't let him die either.

Worship is taking it a little too far but otherwise agreed. I don't understand why people find it this hard to realize this.

In madoka magica death is not final either. No girl died. And madoka's one and only selling point was shock value.

At least even sao girls died when they need to.

SAO is not perfect, but it is still way better written.

I guess MAL has double standards.

They would give SAO a 1/10 when Madoka did WAY WORSE.

You do realise there are way more criteria for judging the writing of a show than that, don't you?
And no,shock value is not the only selling point.

SAO is terribly writen and terribly paste, madoka ain't

Madoka's hype was all about shock value its is, ep 3 was when everyone started calling it a "masterpiece".

There are many reasons similar to SAO as to why Madoka sucks.

No,but that's when people realised that isn't a normal magical girl show. The masterpiece part came later.

You are not special. Talking to you means nothing special. The world does not revolve around you.

This is very far from the first dark shoujo.

Even then, undoing death makes it just like the other magical girl "shows" in terms of the "Dark" factor

Logic is trolling to Madoka fans.

I think is the fanboys. Is an average show. The amazing twists are predictable from the first 5 minutes of the show, the characters are pretty bland for most cases if not hated like Madoka's mother an awful person and an alcoholic, the conversations are really dumb and the decisions... well considering they are girls is logic to be that dumb but still...

You all seem to have the same problem with my statement, so I'm just going to deal with all of it here.

I'm not saying teenage love or homosexuality are bad things. I'm talking about its marketing. I think its awfully disgusting how Urobuchi markets his show by sexualizing little girls. I've watched and enjoyed some solid romance shows, and I have zero issues with homosexuality. To me, I see a man trying to attract men to his cash cow through their genitals rather then their brains.

I don't see how it's funny. All I did was respond to someone who challenged my beliefs.

Dude, this show is not a loli-fest. Never at any point is there sexualizing the characters.
