| I really liked this episode. Delved into Revy's past and her way of thinking. Going by her past, I can understand why she values money so much. I also really like how Rock bringing morality into the story is basically a conflict to the Lagoon Company's lifestyle which is that of a pirate. |

| Now I remember what the ED reminds me of, "Monster" Anyway was an alright episode, even if there was no air I doubt a sub could still be in that shape after over 50 years. Also didnt expect Revy to be Chinese. |

| I think the fact why they showed the gun fight between the Nazi soldiers, would imply that they all died by killing themselves. So this kind of supports the argument why they were able to breathe. Anyways, it's just a slight detail, the major turning point will take place in the next episode. And, Chinese Revyy. |

| Yeah, Revy basically told Rock not to piss her off with his opinions anymore or she'll put lead in him. Surely she doesn't have to listen to him, but her reaction and the way how Rock obediently agreed was kind of... weak. I get it, she had a rotten childhood, but that doesn't make her more right than others. Also kind of ridiculous how they didn't get hit a single time when they got sprayed by machine guns while in the water. Plot armor much? |

| Didn't know Revy was chinese. One of the few problems with anime, you can never tell nationality easily. Rocks innocence/ moraity and Revys 'psychoness' are too cliche but if you think about the different lives theyve led then it makes sense |

| Please don't let the protagonist's goody two shoes moral conflicts constantly slow the plot and hinder the other characters for the rest of the show. I'm so tired of characters like him. |

| The issue Rock had was with the desecration of what was basically a grave for the soldiers by taking their personal possessions/medals (except the painting), not the act of stealing itself. Revy's gotta chill, even if Rock was being a bit naive by bringing it up to her it's still fucked that she'd threaten him for doing so. |

| I know BL is nearly 20 years old so It's bound to have some outdated takes but I can't understand Rock's POV this episode at all tbh, Nazi's deserved everything they got and the desecration of their graves to go with it. |
| Good episode, loved hearing more on Revy's insight about her past and how cruel the world is, including the supposedly good people known as cops and how they look down on people below them and treated her like shit. Shows why she's not trustworthy of people she meets (even Rock right now) while having some inner insecurities of sorts. Shit is about to kick off next episode when the Lagoon Company storms in to get that fucking painting back for their job. |
