There are currently 2 different entries for the Suki na Ko ga Megane wo Wasureta mini anime episodes.
One of them with 4 episodes (which aired on twitter I guess), and can can be found here.
And the other with 3 episodes that only came with the BR, but are a direct continuation of the previous 4, only difference is how they where distributed. This entry can be found here.
And I think that it makes sense to merge them as a single 7 episode entry, as they are a direct continuation of each other, and even come up as a single 'special episodes' list in the BR.
