This is very good for what it is - a short animation showcasing a character from a video game. It showcases the backstory for one of the characters in Genshin Impact. I was surprised by how dark it was, considering the game that it was from, actually.

The animation is good, the music is wonderful, and the character development was good (for the spotlighted character). It can be watched with no prior knowledge of Genshin Impact. The story is self-contained and enjoyable in and of itself. If you play the game, it does add more depth and understanding but not so much that you need to ...
