| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- From the cute and silly drawings to the exaggeration of the "Lancer Hero", I think Makio is praising him way tooooo much.  Surprisingly, the action was kinda decent as Yotaro gets himself involved with some skilled fighters. I think the series has an obsession with baths or something. Seriously though, more of that stuff again this episode and it very awkward. |

| This kidnapping feels ridiculously random and dumb. That chief never came across like this before, even if she only appeared once. They said it was due to Yotaro's recent victory but...it still feels very random to me. I'm also not liking her elite 4...the 2 we've seen anyway. |
| What the hell is this anime's demographic. At one hand we get fanservice, next we have childish scenes such as the stupid kidnapping scene. 2/5 |

| Wtf is wrong with the Chief woman? In the flashback in episode one she was a kind person giving him advice, now she is some completely different character. I honestly had to skip the crying scene is was so cringe inducing and overly dramatic, all the episode drama was terribly done. Seriously every time Alice cries I kind of want to punch her in the throat just to shut her up, she is so annoying. |

| Am I the only one who feels that inspite all of these new characters suddenly being added to the story, it feels very UNNATURAL? I mean the Elite 4 seem really lame. The kidnapping scene was by far the most boring part of the episode. The bath scene was way too long and the scene where tears were being shed was way too clichéd that I didn't feel a thing except annoyed. Turns out trigger happy kid is just a Shota who gets embarrassed bathing with other Shota boys and Alice is still.... uhhhhh..... (no comment) but how come she didn't fight like that in episode 2 is beyond me. |

| This episode was alright. Bath scenes seems to be part of the theme of this show, which if I'm honest, doesn't do it much good at all. For a few seconds, Alice did something and showed some decent fighting skills.....then went back to crying again. =/ At least Yoriko wasn't irritating this time. The slow-motion slap on the dumb goon was amusing. =D The chief looks intimidating though. Her training exercises with the boulders looks immense. Still, bringing Yotaro back to the island, by force, so that she can make Yotaro hers will never work. |
| The chief lance knight woman scares the fuck out of me lol.....I'd hate to be Yotaro right now xD I guess this whole thing with him getting attacked by that group of knights as well as Makio's drawings pretty much foreshadowed that Yotaro will get his own team via the girls that are trained Episode was certainly one of the better ones imo and I really enjoyed it.....I'm very interested in that one knight who seems to be like an older brother figure to Yotaro too =o |

| Okay I think I figured out what 0 should be for the ratings system: Copious yet Ridiculous Inexcusable Narratives that Give us hEad aches. AKA: CRINGE I'm starting to wonder what the target audience is for this anime. Is it for lolicons? Then what's with the homosexual subtext between Yuyan and Yotaro's brother like figure that Yotaro himself gets involved with? If it's a Lolicon Anime then why have this old muscular old lady trying to make Yotaro be her bottom bitch? I mean maybe this anime is trying to be a harem but it fails in too many ways that is fails as a harem. With too many characters in a span of 12-13 episodes there isn't enough time to develop the characters so you would care enough to root for them. If this anime is trying to have a plot then why focus so much on the harem aspects? You know, like the previous episode? The crying scene is so damn cringe worthy I cried too but for the wrong reasons. The drama is so forced. I'm getting really sick and tired of Makio calling Yufeng her daughter and Yufeng stopping down to this level. It's cringe worthiness is amazing. Okay, the Chief wanting Yotaro...uh...woman...seriously do you know how old he is?!?! He isn't even an adult yet! Why??? Why Alice?!? There is a reason why Makio SHOULD not come because she is a six year old that can't fight! She gave up being a hero anyway so it would be a waste of time for her to come anyway! Got damn it the part where even Shirohime cries it sounds like she is being penetrated rather than crying. Why is this scene so cringe worthy? Why is this anime so bad? |

| Baths aside, I liked this episode, it finally brought some much needed conflict into the scene involving the entire Knight organization. From what I can understand, Chief wants Yotaro after knowing he defeated Gongouji-san (hopefuly im not mistaken on the name?). Well it is natural, since it seems the entire Knight organization works on a power-based hierarchy after all. I liked the Yoriko moments here (starting with Rose Lancer, LOL!!!!!) all the way up to bitch-slapping that thug (I loved the slow-motion and I still rewatch it). I'm still amazed at Makio, she is incredibly comoposed for her age. |
