There are so many in my manga list that I'd love to see made, properly because they are favourites of mine.

Off the top of my head, Parasyte, Watashitachi no Tamura-kun, Living Game, BioMeat: Nectar.

I know, that's a rainbow of genre I have listed there....

besides cross game, you can delete: dogs (bullets & carnage); hatsukoi limited, to-love-ru, clover, kobato., fairy tail, deadman wonderland

Well as much as i would love to see Vagabond on anime i guess it just wouldnt be the same as the awesome graphic abilities Inoue got us used to. Still i think it would be an epic as the story itself is just amazing.
