Two anime with prospectively the most epic titles are all about incest. OreImo is about a younger sister and her friends trying to get into an older brother's pants, or at least that what we wish to see in the show. Non-OreImo which I don't know the official abbreviation of its title is written by former erotic manga writer. Story isn't its strongest suit, unique art direction in manga is non-existent in anime but you are still suggested to watch this if you loved OreImo. They both linked together by incest.

Same style, sisters want to date their brother, however they are not blood related. Same sex jokes and perverted girls and guys with lots of ecchi. Onii-chan was clearly inspired in KissxSis since it even do a lot of references to it including kissxSis posters. The plot is minimal in the two unfortunately.

Both deal with incest though Onii-chan no Koto nanka Zenzen Suki Janain Dakara ne!!? is not blood-related one while Yosuga no Sora does. YnS is more serious with that issue while this show is more comedic one.

Just another little-sister-love-big-brother incest, plus both are step-siblings. and in this case, the ImoCho little sister is being possessed by a ghost who love the big brother, while Onisuki little sister wants to fall in love and marry the big brother.

Girls fighting over a guy who is not interested in them. The girls trying to seduce the male character. Sumomomo Momomo is focused on martial arts, while the other one is focused on brother complex.

Harem and Comedy themed as well.. Both female protagonist got their parents killed by car accidents... Seriously Japan? Stop killing little girls' parents with car accidents!! Or why not come up with something else? Suicide death by train is more common. Go with that. Last I checked, the rate of car accidents there is less compared to many other countries...

both deal with incestuous relationships between siblings where the sister has feelings for her brother though the brother at first tries to deny his own feelings towards his sister.

they are similar in many different ways especially the imouto(younger sister). They are adopted and they share incest relationship to each other.... the difference is that in Akasaka, there is a fiancee and in Onii-chan no Koto is that there is a childhood friend

Same seiyuu voices the main male protagonist, and they share a lot of similar characteristics. both shows place a lot of emphasis on dark/perverse comedy. harem themed with characters of similar archetypes.
