They're both Super cute ass kicker assassins for hire. And for some ungodly reason they're good at hand to hand fighting and shooting. There are even bits of shoujo-ai in both if youre into that kinda stuff ^_^

Both series feature sexy agent girls who can kick ass. Stylistically they look different, but the basic premises are rather similar. Also, 009-1 is more mature and bloody.

Partner girls with guns, a strong but quiet girl. Noir does´t have fanservice btw.

Both series star sexy crime-fighting ladies with their own (and often wild) ways of delivering justice. Eechi shounen anime with minimal depth and maximum fanservice.

Both anime have panty barrages and often joke around with that sort of thing (subtly or not so subtly), although Eiken is a lot more over the top for obvious reasons, and Najica a fair bit more subtle and handles its main plot a lot more seriously. If you found Eiken genuinely funny and weren't put off by the perverted aspects of the show; I believe you'd find Najica just as great from a comedic viewpoint.

PANTIES!! panties and panties.. Panties all around! need i say more? for anyone who can't seem to get enough of upskirts and panty shots both series are ridiculously absurd with the pantyshots. the sole similarity is the insane overload of panties different characters different plot in fact a weaker plot but they share the insane overload of gratuitous pantyshots in common. So remember, think panties, that's all you need to know..

whole lotta pantsu, whole lotta panchira..knickers, upskirts, panties a whole lotta panties and yet MORE PANTIES! if you like fanservice with panties, give both rosario+vampire I&II and najica blitz a gander

Both series are "fanservicey" counterparts for certain titles. Najica seems to be "Agent 007" with female agent and tons of fanservice. Ikkitousen is freakin' Three Kingdoms romance with nice girls instead of Chinese warriors and, again, lot of fanservice.

Girls, guns, action, ecchi, fanservice, lots of panty-shots.

Najica Blitz Tactics is like an older version of Rio Rainbow Gate. The most simmilar thing of the serie is that they both have pantyshots the whole serie

Both girls with guns, both share the same theme (androids) and talk about its issues, but GITS:S.A.C. is more a cyberpunk thriller whereas Najica is more a spy anime.

Same character design, action+sci-fi "plot", and same exaggerated amount of pantyshots.

Both girls with guns, both share the same theme (androids) and talk about its issues, but Armitage is more cyberpunk whereas Najica is more a spy anime.

Girls with guns and lots of buttshots. Daphne has thongs, Najica white panties, pick your preference.

The opening themes look alike, and sometimes the action and the bar dialogues will give make you feel a Bebop Dèja Vu.

They are both people in secret organizations. Both shows have partners that are skilled in marksmanship and other stuff. Both shows have one of the partners not show a lot of emotions.
