Hahahaha right on xDDDDDD Good to know, because I seem to offend people when I talk bad about Twilight xD Side note: the town Twilight takes place in, Forks (Washington State, USA), is only an hours drive from where I live... That's no joke, either! We get a lot of weirdos staying in our town since we're so close to Forks... They come to see where Twilight takes place and sleep in our hotels... Which isn't bad, I guess o3o

Well, if you want another good anime with a vampire in it, you should check out Bakemonogatari. It's not all lovey-dovey like Vampire Bund was, but rather it's... Intellectual. It's like, about this boy who gets turned into a vampire, but an exorcist cures him... But now all of these demon-possessed people keep tending to flock towards Araragi (the ex-vampire), who in the end attempts to get help from his exorcist friend. It's an amazing anime... Like, utterly amazing. Akiyuki Shinbo directs it, too! He directed Vampire Bund... He's a god when it comes to anime...
Since your anime list is blocked for others to view, I don't know if you've already seen Bakemonogatari yet...

Yea, except, excuse me if this offends you, doesn't suck like the Twilight Saga/came out before Twilight ;P
Oh, and Akiyuki Shinbo directed it, so you KNOW it's gonna be good ;P He's the BEST anime director IN THE FREAKING WORLD!!!

Nice review for "DVB."

I'm glad to see somebody enjoyed Dance in the Vampire Bund so much!!! I loved DitVB, but it's got a bad rep, for some reason or another. I think Shinbo did a beautiful job directing it, and the story has a nice, balanced drama-to-action ratio, IMO. The first half was more dramatic and talky-like, and the second half (I'm talking about halves as in half of the series) was more action-like <3
I thought it was great, but a lot disagree with me :T

Madlax
I absolutely <3 it! Madlax is a pretty violent anime, but its not violent to the point where people slice their heads off and blood spurts out violent. There are mostly guns and a few scenes with knivecs. Madlax is mostly focused on two girls with an unknown past who have little relationship with each other. But with bits of evidence that are slowly revealing throughout the story, the string tightens and the girls are gradually brought together.

This anime was truly amazing, lots of suspence and detail, I especially love the music in this anime! Even if you believe that the anime is bad, the music is absolutely awesome!

But to tell you the truth, this anime was quite a tragedy, I practically balled my eyes out in some of the scenes, especially the one where Vanessa dies from a gunshot and Madlax (main protagonist/unknown girl (Madlax is just her codename since she doesn't remember her name)) couldn't do anything about it.....*snif* just thinking about it makes me want to cry :(

However, if there was a bit of romance in it, it'd be perfect! This anime were purely about military and guns and codes, a sort of militery/mystery drama. But I do love the friendly relationships that started to build up when Madlax first met Vanessa. At first Madlax was anti-social, but when she got to meet her client (Vanessa) who was like a "mother" to her, it truly opened her heart. She started to gain the feelings that were never in her before. In the beginning she was just a cold-blooded assasin. But near the end, Madlax kinda changed her mind and only injured people rather than kill, and then Margaret (the other "unknown" girl) gave her the nickname "kind murderer".
