Similar powers and theme are presented in both series. Main character from both series have the power to see into the future. Their eyes glow too. MC friend in both series can use fire magic. The Red World is very similar to "The Ruined World". Only people who have special abilities can enter these worlds/dimensions. 

Both protagonist happens to bump into a girl, and without knowing much about them decided to help them. They soon travel and help protect the girl without much decision. Both anime involves fighting and magical weapons/power, both girls use guns while the male protagonist uses a sword. If you enjoy magical fighting than you'll like these both. 

In both anime MC leaves his world to join a magic high school due to a girl magician appearing. Both have great music, similiar character designs, similiar genres. 

Magic. Both anime have characters that fight with magic and protagonist that were drag by a certain girl to a school that conducts training on magic. 

-both are unsatisfied with current world -both get transported into magical worlds -both have a determined-to-beat-you antagonist -cool fight scenes both of them can get cliche/over dramatic 

Both protagonists got powers randomly and a female sidekick from nowhere. Both protagonists share a harem and are very similar in personality. There are similar characters, but different plots. 

Both MC enter a magic academy after an incident occurred. They must learn how to use their powers in order to protect the ones they love the most.  

This anime is similar to F/SN even in the desing of Saber(Kurumi) and Gilgamesh (Ida). They are about a magic war. 

- Both talking about "mahou wars",while in Mahou Shoujo Taisen is more comedy and relax,Mahou Sensou have a thoughtfull air in this plot; - Both have almost the same title and what they mean too; - Both have the use of magical objects and weapons and magic to defeat your enemies (In Mahou Shoujo Taisen the creatures and in Mahou Sensou others madoushis) 

Good magic fight, cute character, plus bunch of nice comedy. Need more? 

Both Have Magic High School Setting Similar Main Character ^ He Gets All The Girls ^ Turns Out To Be Really Powerful 

Three kids are invited to another world because they think their world is too boring. They are guided by a girl named kurousagi. Both Mahou Sensou and Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara kuru sou desu yo? have "communities", and are trying to fight an evil force. 

"Magical Boy" Genre Cool Hero gets powers from Mysterious small black haired girl, ends up in situation where he must use his new found powers to save himself and said girl, brightly colored haired girl he knew from before also gets powers, though seemingly useless must be useful later on for something, cool friend also gets powers, siblings + family issues will probably be important later,  

Both are romance animes that have the main character having a fake girl friend, so that the girl is not constantly asked out by others.  

Both set in an academy of magic with the protagonist also possessing a unique power 

The main protagonists use magical tools to fight an evil organisation and protect the long haired small beauty they recently met. 

Both include magic and weapons, Both are action themed, Both include romance, Both have the real world and the fantasy/magic world, Dakara Boku wa H has ecchi while Mahou Sensou does not  

Extremely similar plotline and brotherly relationship -very cool magical battles 

Our main cast must go to a magical school to learn how to use their powers. 

Both anime have similar genres and it begins with the male lead meeting the female lead who gets him involved into fighting her chasers and he gets involved and starts using magic. 

Both anime envolves a normal boy getting cought in a battle that caused him to gain powers that changes his life, if you loved shakugan no shana give this anime a try.. 

They're both so full of anime clichés that you almost start to wonder whether they're actually parodies. They're not. 

Both involve magic and guns and give off the same feeling from the anime. Both have a girl who meets a boy. The guy used to be normal until he met someone and then after has to use magical powers. 

Very similar powers between the main characters -battles centered on magic with great visuals
