The core of both stories is pretty similar: a bunch of girls hitting on the same guy... lots of fanservice... Cool yet simple action scenes... a world of mythical magic. Though Rosario + Vampire has some more Gothic elements to it. I highly recommend watching it if you liked one or the other! ;)

In both series, the guy can only use a limited amount of magic before he dies.

Essentially they're the same type of anime. A loser guy with secret hidden powers is suddenly the love target for a bunch of hormone crazed teenage witches - with lots of magical shenanigans and ecchi hijinks thrown into the mix. I have to say though that of the two, Magikano was funnier.

similarities: Both have the ff: -A harem who wants to have a baby with the male MC. -A Male MC whose life turns upside down the moment them harem members enters their lives. Dissimilarities: -One anime ended where each harem member get a slice of the male MC's doppelganger. While one anime may end with the guy doing all of them harem members expect the main female MC....or not.

Both animes have common goal– to make an offspring– but Maburaho offers rather romantic harem

If you like the idea of having one particular character get involved with numerous women and trying to figure out why, then this one is perfect for you. Just know that the animation might be slightly different from the former, but it should still be a great expereince for you.

Both have multiple girls fighting over the same guy. Not so much a theme of magic in To Love-ru as there is a sense of adventure and galactic battles that always put the main character's life or relationships at sake. Lots of awkward moments for him as well. Plenty of pantsu and oppai!

Harem focusing with a main character and his quest to meet the promised girl of his childhood. The Harem Size may vary but it tells the same story (edit: actually it doesn't.) I rewatched them to uodate this rec, Love Hina's promise girl plot is crucial but Maburaho doesn't really stress it out

n-girls with powers after one normal guy.Two girls actively, and violently, competing for the guy. Also Tenchi is a great historical entry for the harem genre.

Both series involve characters that use magic in a school setting(one has a magic school, one's similar to Harry Potter in how magic use around non-magic users is prohibited), and both are comedy titles. Both also have a bit of romance, although it's a lot more prominent in Maburaho than Negima. However, fans of the anime adaption of Negima, be warned- Maburaho has a little more fanservice than Negima, and the rating's a bit higher. Other than that, fans of either series should like the other one. :)

How would you like be be worthless yet be envied? What about useless but powerful? This story is about making people see beyond looks and talent. It combines humor and action as well as some sad parts in a perfect way. Can you fully understand the moral? Try it~

1st Anime that comes to mind after seeing Sekirei! Both have a guy down on his luck that happens to have a secret talent Both have 3 or more women fighting (literally) for his attention Both have a big boobed, blue eyed, and blond haired girl Both have a bit of slice of life as well as a bit of magic (or for Sekirei science) Both a bit ecchi as well Both hilarious and heart warming.
