I really liked your Gankotsu review
I literally felt the same just like you and some other reviewers said this is an inferior adaptation of a really great novel "the count of Monte Cristo" glad sone PPL feel that too

The first Episodes and the following first Episodes can be quite average.
I know that it can be for many people. So maybe for you as well.

But it will improve a lot afterwards.
