Shaka, and make no mistake my dude, he's the best of them all and will be the absolute winner of this vote. The guy single-handedly carried the entirety of Hades Saga in his back, first by bodying The Lamentation Trio (eat your heart out Saga) and then by formulating the plan to storm Inferno and kill the true form of Hades.

He's also my sign and pretty much the only character in all of anime that has ever truly, deeply inspired me to be a better person and accept what I cannot change, as in loss or death. For that, I will always, always, always be grateful for all of his lessons. Thank you, master.

Honestly I no longer know. I've always liked Shaka, but now I'm appreciating simpler characterizations like anime Shura as a deluded and honorable zealot, and Kanon as an insecure and pathetic atheist loser.
