Very good Ishigami episode. It sucks that he couldn't fix the misunderstandings between him and Ootomo, and she still thinks of him as a scumbag. Anyway, I'm glad to see he could move on, and maybe he'll get lucky with Iino down the line.

Broo Ishigami's backstory is fucking crazy bro. Hero turned anti-hero kinda thing, feel kinda bad tho he could have been with Kyoko Otomo if it wasn't for that asshole but on the bright side he dodged a red flag in a sense. And it's so awesome how Shirogane busted him out from his depression and internal conflict after how he fucked that guy up. This writing is some good shit. Although Ishigami and team red didn't win the relay race, contrary to what I expected in a story and scene like this, that served as a bridge and gateway to changing his outlook on life, realising that he had people who believed in him, had faith in him, and supported him for once in a really long time. And Kaguya really pulled out the "He really is quite cute" for Ishigami lmfao

Kaguya-sama: Love is War made one fo my favorite episodes of anime ever. I'm still emotionally shaken from the pace change...but it sure was a welcome one from an unlikely source...I'm now cheering for Ishigami forever!
