| Well, that was unexpected and unnecessary... Sudden explosion of fanservice just completely destroyed the integrity and mature atmosphere built up from the previous episodes. That's not to say it wasn't an enjoyable episode though, because it definitely had me laughing on numerous occasions (especially the old man blushing XD), and not to mention, there's again quite a bit of character development. It's just that I'd rather not see ecchi to such a huge extent in a show like this. Really cheapens the whole thing. |

| I was really dissapointed in this episode T.T I had such high expectations because this series had, in the first two episodes, been good enough to build them. I was looking for some good drama and character development when suddenly, random bondage and other fanservice scenes are popping up? WTF? Anyways, other then that, it's still good. Love that shot where it zoomed through the halls, I thought that was pretty cool. |
| Here's how I view the three girls in the show from what I've seen so far... Ohana = Boke + Masochist + Some Potential Signs of Yandere Nako = Yuri Fanservice(?) + Shy Girl Minko = Tsukkomi + Tsundere Now, I wonder how Yuina will be like in the next episode. :p |

| i liked it but i have to say that fanservice caught me by surprise, i guess this was one of those kind relaxer episodes in a weird prevy kinda way to get away from the all drama. + 1 nako and minko social link! |

| This episode was off the wall with zaneyness it was pushing it a bit but oh well I can let it go. I like how the series is a real Dramadey kind of like Fruits Basket was with that mix of comedy and drama. Hope this series can keep it up but really can't imagine this going for 26 episodes! 12 seems reasonable but we'll see I guess. |

| Okayish episode. Not as good as the first two, I guess 26 episodes will take a toll in the anime and we might have to wait for the better episodes until the final few weeks. Nice animation btw, loved the cars on the road as always. :D |

| If the last episode was the best, this one was probably least impressive so far. And I have to agree that the sudden downshift in mood/seriousness probably had something to do with it. However, it was still pretty good and I laughed quite a bit. Still one of my favorite current series so far and I'm looking forward to the next one. |

| Finally, this series realised that just going with morning-drama shit script+plot cannot hook the audience. I'm glad they made this transition. I can now watch it with much ease, without thinking of being annoyed. I loved it. Now, Ano Hana completely takes over the place for melancholy mood. |

| it's expected to see some yuri antics in an anime where the protagonist are mainly girls moreover the scene in the bathroom was necessary to elaborate what's the novel is.. it's still the hanasaku iroha we are watching and i don't think it will turn into a yuri. |

| Fantastic episode once again even if there was maybe too much drama for its own good (often Ando's big problem). The OP, direction and characters are still shining though. |

| There's no big deal ... the fanservice scenes didn't affect the plot/story much, it just wasted a few second though, we can see the character development in this ep. Minko,Nako and Ohana got closer, Ohana is still such a great character, the way she taught that eroge novelist a lesson was kinda cool, and also was Nako, didn't expect her to save that jerk! She isn't a shy girl anymore :P, and we can see how much effort Minko put in the word "ballut". Great as always! Shoujo-ai is fine to me, I don't hate it if the girls go crazy over each other though but I can't stand shounen-ai =S |

| Nako and Minchi were a lot more likeable this episode. Hopefully they'll become great characters like Ohana. Well, this episode was a departure from the norm. I preferred the first 2 but it wasn't half bad either. The humour made me laugh, and despite it being a little silly the plot still advanced. Hopefully the next ep will be in the vein of the first 2 once again though. Seems to be moving onto school life. |

| i laughed a lot that´s true, but i wish they havent showed the guy as such a perv. I mean one thing is watching, other thing is listening... i laughed so hard with the "i want to shine!" quote. ill never be able to listen that quote with innocence again XD And basically the voice actress repeated one of her mottos in Shugo chara (yes, yes, its the same VA and she also said i want to shine when she transformed into a sparkle magical girl). i hope the fanservice ends in this ep, otherwise ill be disappointed. |

| The fanservice was a bit over-the-top if you ask me... It sort of ruined the mood. Plus what sort of girl would not be bothered at all by some pervert freak kidnapping her and tying her up in bondage? Ohana really is an odd one. Other than that I guess it was a good episode. It's nice to see a nicer side to the Grandmother. |
| Interesting episode, I mostly enjoyed it, especially the novel, I would love to see an OVA made out of that. 4/5 for the episode, too much focus on the writer. |

| I can't say this was by any means my favourite hanairo episode. I am more for the serious coming-of-age drama, and less for the slapstick. But it was good. I was sort of disturbed by the bondage, why Ohana wasn't afraid or resisting. Does it say anything about her personality or was it just a plot device? I can't tell... The fanservice I could have done without, but then I already read the transcription posted so I knew what the novel was about. It's quite likely that very few did, so I guess they wanted to explain it in a way that wasn't someone reading it aloud. (Watching someone read is boring) Every anime has episodes that aren't that great, just like most slice-of-life anime's have the mandatory beach episode. I don't think it will affect the overall theme too much. I liked how Yui-err I mean Nako came out of her shell a bit, if only to promptly switch to a turtle shell and splash around like a dolphin. :D Kappappa! katsu044 said: + 1 nako and minko social link!
