| lol @metalsnakezero Having seen your screenshots prior to watching the episode I thought this anime's turned into full-fledged yuri. Well, it's not like it doesn't have some vibes in that direction >.> This episode was quite different from the previous two, but I still enjoyed it. A change of pace ad some hilarious moments. I knew that sooner or later they'd start portraying Ohana's grandma as not such a bad person as she seemed in the beginning. The funniest part of the ep was the old man blushing at the mention of being put into bondage. I nearly fell off the chair cuz I didn't expect such kind of humor in Hanasaku Iroha Oh, and Ohana wants to sparkle :D The new girl from the preview kinda reminds me of Kurumi from Kimi ni Todoke. |

| An OK episode start and result was quite different, i didn't expected something like that with pervert author. granny already showing her loving side. i thought it will take sometime. getting confined and reading situations like that with a calm face while praising him. its was like, ohana used to it. i thought she will scream hard. edit: now i think about it again. i didn't liked this episode. first two episode was really good but this episode ruined good build-up plot. Ohana trying to console him because he wrote "i want to shine" and everyone was listening something like that, pretty lame. |

| More great stuff from this show. The small doses of ecchiness were unexpected but it was a nice change of pace, as was the comedy. I liked it. We also get to know the characters better, especially Nako, the perverted author, and the grandma. There can't be drama in every episode, as then it would get boring. They should continue changing things to keep the series from gettng stale. Hopefully the series will remain this good, if not better! |
| Mmm bondage and yuri novels. Again a pretty good and rather funny episode especially the part where Ohana was reading the yuri novel about her Minko and Nako. And the reaction of those 2 when she told them about what she wrote. The writher got himself in allot of trouble and caused even more trouble along the way and i am surprised he was forgiven. The car chase was also funny with them stopping halfway to get some food and wait on the cooking assistant. It seems that the grandmother does care about Ohana and that she is even accepting her and respecting her more and more. I guess she isn't such a bad person after all and setting her business before everything is a usual way of thinking when running your own business. |

| I don't think it's that much of a stretch, the way Ohana reacted. after all, she was raised by a similarly irresponsible mom. and it was good to see her get a little slack, not every episode needs to screw her over into suicidal depression. still, this show is beautiful on the visuals. backgrounds are just...wow and animation is just amazing. |

| Oh man, this episode... I don't even know what to say. Ohana is too nice to that pervert, actually, everyone is. He must have broken a dozen laws in this episode (kidnapping Ohana and stealing the hotel's truck, for starters), but yet in the end, everyone decided to help him? Lol. Minko and Nako were cute this episode, though. And obaasan showed her soft side at the end. But I loved how she pwned the pervert by saying she was only being nice because it's part of her job :D |

| This episode was quite the fanservice piece. Hanasaku Iroha definitely isn't my top watch for the season but it's pretty consistant so far, and nothing less than a quality production. The animation is still beautiful and Ohana really hasn't pulled any surprises with how she responds to situations. I like that the rivalry bewteen her and Minko hasn't jumped ship to friendship mode as easily as Nako did. Maybe I'm just hoping for something more out of the show. |

| Holy crap. Why was that so awesome? That guy was so pathetic but the other characters were amazing. Basically every female character, and the old man too, made me go "wow your friggin' awesome." Of course to a certain extent. Surprisingly good season. So far this is the only show that has perfect scores for three episodes in my book. |

Well that was pretty wild of the novelist like everyone says in the following, looks like he likes bondage and is quite the pervert from the looks of the spoiler Looks like Nako has yuri tendencies from the looks of the following,  and so does Minko from the looks of the following spoiler All in all the novelist is a pathetic suicidal fellow whom I also felt he was pathetic from last episode. Nako proved herself by saving that dude after he jumped...I didn't expect her to do it at all. The new insult Minko came up with for Ohana is cute too. |

I will be looking forward to that but for now it's kind of mediocre at best although the art and interactions of characters are nice.Would be nice if it went back to coming of age drama, and didn't go down the comedy/fanservice route. |

| Even though i enjoyed the episode but thought that, this show would be more serious in the drama genre. Ohana being all nonchalant at the bondage scene most probably was meant to deliver a 'lol scene' Liking Minko a lot now and surprisingly, Chiaki Omigawa has improved her VA skills. |
