Okay so basically I've only read to 4.2 then dropped it. Even so I will tell you my opinions on the story until that point.

Let's start off with the story. It's a typical isekai story with an op hero summoned to save another world. If you're into that, I won't blame you because so am I. I would say the only difference to other stories is that the god is obviously with him on a trial to become a real godess, and then the mc is overly cautious as the title states. It's not anything original and there are way better stories out there with almost the same premise.

Now to my biggest concern, the shitty characters. This is only my opinion, don't take offense.
The goddess is exactly the same as Aqua from KonoSuba. Is this a bad thing? Yes, it ruins the whole story for me. She's highly annoying, she contributes basically nothing to the story and won't shut up. She complains to this other goddess and she's an airhead. Entirely useless character, and it would be better if she was those gods that don't come with them to the world but can still contact him. It makes no sense for her to even come with?? She's just kinda in the way or on the sidelines yelling some annoying shit ruining the the fight? I just can't stand these annoying women that are essentially useless, just being pretty on the side. No, I'm not jealous or anything like that. It just ruins everything for me tbh.
Enough about her and on to the mc. The mc is nothing special. You're generic op mc with the twist that he is cautious and questions/doubts everything. I guess you could say that he is cold and can be kind sometimes. Nothing noteworthy though. Almost every isekai mc has the same mentality, this character is only to be expected with such a title. Honestly the title is the best description of this manga.

The art is normal for an isekai, or manga in general. Nothing to complain about.

I tried to enjoy the manga without being bothered by Lista, but it didn't work out. Though if you liked KonoSuba and Aqua in particular, you can always give this a try. Seeing that it will have it's own anime this fall, I can only expect something compared to Arifureta. Then I mean the quality, not the story ofc.
This will only blend into the pile junk isekai you won't remember tbh. I may seem harsh, but I want you to get the full view kinda.

Edit: I skimmed through to the 7th ch. and it gets a little better? Just thought I let you know, but I'm still dropping it.

This isekai subverts your expectations of the trope. It is a parody of the overpowered main character that populates most isekai stories these days, being of comedic nature to bring on the barrel of laughs seeing the overpowered hero completing his quest by doing what most gamers do with an rpg or Pokemon game, overtrain your starter hero to be an irresistible force to finish the main story in the comfort of steamrolling your opponents.

It is indeed a comedy, but the author deemed it necessary to give the main characters a dark backstory. In short, I like the concept, but the execution needs work, but it is still an entertaining story.

Recommended for readers tired of the usual isekai stories of overpowered heroes, and poking fun at the entire genre while having a rib-tickling good time. Beware of the aforementioned back story, it can be a downer, but not enough to dampen the overall reading experience.
