Synopsis
The author of Intiial D has roared back onto the track with another hit! In a near future where cars have mostly switched over to sustainable power, combustion engine racing is a rarity. The MFG is the last major race for this dying breed, and half-Japanese Kanata Rivington has come back to try his luck. Pretty boring overall
Very slow progression through each chapter
The interaction between each of the characters is repetitive. In one scene, two characters are doing something and in the next scene, another set of characters are doing the exact same thing. Things that should only take up couple pages end up taking multiple chapters
Each chapter's events are easy to guess just by reading couple of the beginning pages
Art:
The cars and the environment look great.
The characters look pretty bad, they do not look natural. It's the kind of style that may have passed in the 80s and the 90s, but would not pass today.

Cars Engines ROOM ROOM ROOM ROOOOOOM, BURRRRR, SCREECH, ok this sums up what you are going to see most of the time. Lol
Minor Spoiler:
As a sequel to "Initial D", "MF Ghost" takes place when Takumi is a middle-aged uncle ;( Kanata, the apprentice of Takumi, decides to challenge the street racing culture in Japan. And of course, to spice things up, girls are included in this manga. I mean cars and girls are perfect combo... I think? ;)
