Bakemonogatari, a show that contradicts the usual cliché and average plot. It starts out with a harem of how he just goes around talking to girls, which the only way he pretty much knows them is because he saved them when they had, "supernatural problems, Which is displayed in this first season. The girls rarely even meet to actually compete for the guy. And when anyone is talking, they go into very detail, symbolic, and metaphorically speeches about their past problems or what they consider a "conversation". A lot of the time they really just do this, and if one does not keep up for even one second then it pretty much gets boring because you will lose part of the plot. ALL of the characters are static characters, they each have their little problems which the main character deals with, also each have a unique color to them. Let me explain, what really makes this show unique is how they play with the colors and artwork, it really does intrigue one but can be confusing if you don't follow the story and enjoy the art at the same thing, clearly not a show for slow minded people, no offense for whoever's reading this.
