Story 6/10:
The story is pretty much explained in the synopsis, so read it, if you'd like. The story when I started watching it felt really interesting, and it actually was (at the beginning). As the story moved on, it started becoming less interesting. You see, the anime pretty much became a slice of life anime with some supernatural elements like magic and the trees. Nothing really happened, just some talking, very little action and romance. That's what ruined it for me.
Art 9/10:
The art was great. I don't think it was something extraordinary, but it was good enough. I usually give extra points to an anime that has well drawn faces. For some reason I can't look at badly drawn faces. This anime had well drawn faces. Which is good. The backgrounds were well detailed aswell.
Sound 7/10:
The opening and ending themes were good, but not exactly my taste. I ended up skipping them everytime I watched the episodes.
Characters 8/10:
I liked most of the characters. Pretty much all of them had their own reason to keep moving forward and stay alive.
Enjoyment 6/10:
The story ended up ruining it for me. I pretty much forced myself to watch some of the episodes. I even skipped some. Probably because I prefer action instead of talking for like a whole episode.
Overall 7/10:
As you just probably read, the score was ruined thanks to the story for me.
The anime wasn't all that bad though. I liked the first half quite a lot.
This was my first review ever, it's probably not the best, but I think I did a good job.
