By the time I finished all 26 episodes, my reaction was: what were they thinking? It's overall well done, but the humor is so dry and Japanese and often just lame, that 26 episodes resembles, as Bilbo said, 'butter scraped over too much bread'. A very funny 5 or 9 episode series could probably be made out of it (although I do appreciate the finishing episode). But 26 is just too much!
