The story revolves around Tomoya Okazaki and Nagisa Furukawa, two very interesting main characters who each have thier own problems that they have to reslove. At the same time so the story doesn't get boring they introduce new characters each with their back stories. Each character brings a twist to the interesting anime which keeps you wanting more.
All in all this anime was really good and I'm glad my friend forced me to watch, Clannad is one of the anime that everyone should at least try. I hope that you give this a chance. BTW, choose one the movie or the anime because in the movie they don't even mention a cople of the mains in the anime and it kinds of takes away from the experience.
