I won't say much, I won't even tell you what this is about. Rather, I'll say the impact this anime had on me. I had originally watched "Fullmetal Alchemist," the original adaptation of the manga - which I have still not read - and while it was quite good, I never expected Brotherhood to be so superior in comparision.
Everything about this anime is great, the reason I gave the art a 9 is probably because its not the usual anime art you would be used to, so I guess I'm just being picky.
There are a number of things I would say to describe this, but most of all it's inspirational. You can relate to the characters because they're not perfect, normally an anime might have someone who is stronger than the rest all the way 'till the end, but the characters in this anime show that everyone has weaknesses, and one of the main ways this is portrayed is through the '7 deadly sins,' which are named throughout the anime.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood gives you a sense of what really matters in life, with mind-blowing action and an incredible, addictive soundtrack to boot. Everything about this anime keeps you on your toes, as you walk beside the Elric brothers as they go through their journey, meeting fascinating new characters and learning valuable life lessons along the way.
If you haven't already watched this anime, start it. If you've dropped it, pick it up. The very least that this anime deserves is to be viewed to its full potential, and I hope that it touches, excites, and satisfies you as much as it did me.
