Mixed Feelings
The second season of Zombie was less than that of the first. It was interesting and still funny.
The story itself seemed to...lack a plot. It gets a 6. It looked like it could have some potential but then suddenly switched up around the end. It re-introduces the characters and their relation to the Hero (and in some cases the Heroins) and introduces some new characters, some....honestly don't need to be there. They still fight monsters to a point but it kinda focuses on their lives. It was rushed to get some stuff finished but left other things unexplained.
The art and sound were basically like the first season with the exception of the opening and ending songs and get 6's. They were really good. Up-beat, and the art for them fit. The ending is adorable and cute, with entertaining side comments from one of the heroins, Eu. So KAWAII^^
Characters get a 7 since their cuteness and some hotness remained, possibly even increased. three new characters were kind of introduced, only two seemed to have any significant to the show, the last one just threw up blood- can you say resembles other vomiting anime characters much? Eu gets to speak more and we see her other cutie sides at each ending. The girls still love Ayumu, and well we get to see some "bad boy" sides to him. Not a lot of transformations this season but just enough. we get one character back, but only for awhile. Over all the development for characters just continues from the first season.
Enjoyment Overall- both 6's and it was entertaining, laughable. Nothing too note-worthy but watchable if one's in the mood to watch a non-traditional zombie anime with hot girls and magic....and hot girls..makes you wonder- Is This /really/ A Zombie?
