Nichijou is an anime adaption of the manga of the same title. Nichijou is centered around multiple characters, as it's a 'slice of life' anime there is no real protagonist. That being said just because it's a 'slice of life' doesn't mean you can lay back and watching it without trouble. The main reason is that this anime is contains so much random events shoved in your face that you'll end up give up connecting the dots.
The style of animation for Nichijou fits great with it's comedy and sudden outbursts. The art ranges from no detail cute to high detail epic. The anime art style closely resembles the manga art style, so at time if feels as if you where watching the manga come to life.
Due to the sudden outburst of randomness i found this enjoyable and served it's purpose of being a comedy. If you like to watch something just for a laugh. i'd recommend this
