But then, why does it get a 10 for enjoyment? Well, my friends, flip on the dub track to find out. Suddenly, a show that was merely bad now descends so far into the depths that it somehow comes back around in another category. To put it simply, it's so bad that it's funny. And it's not that the actors are bad. In fact, two of the main roles are played by Richard Epcar (Batou from GITS) and Wendee Lee (Faye Valentine). No, it is the script that is so bad. Such choice lines include "When I get back, I'm going to beat that baby out of you." and "This flower is your mother." Truly, Genma Wars is a classic that all should enjoy. And when you're done watching it, you can torture your friends with it. It's the gift that keeps on giving... kinda like herpes.
