this anime surprised me , when i first saw the screenshots and the reviews around the internet i thought it's another anime about a guy who meets a girl who has superpowrs by a coincidence and then they travel together and all that stuff that we usually see, but it isn't like that , instead goes for depth and tries to keep the world as real as possible. Holo has special powers but she only uses them a few times to avoid being spotted by the church. the whole series is about craft Lawrence and Holo traveling and doing business together. their relationship starts off being like business partners and then friends and even beyond that.lawrence is a smart and a very good merchant but holo seems to do better at times taking advantage of her looks and tricking other merchants. even if it starts off with nudity you shouldn't worry about them because it isn't like fanservice and it starts to disappear after the first episode, "spice and wolf" is one of best fantasy series I have ever seen and the part about the business world was really fun.
