My first anime by Key. I loved this anime mostly because this season was light-hearted and a very good introduction to the characters. I'm pretty that watching this season makes the second season so much more intense and you feel so much more. For all you looking to watch Clannad and the Afterstory, watch this one first. At first glance you may think that it was waste of time, but I can almost guarantee that you will find the Afterstory so much better with the knowledge you pick up from this season. Another reason is because there are happy moments and there are sad moments. That is all and dango.
