Some people don't like Ecchi jokes, but when you incorporate it into a funny setting then it just all seems to flow evenly. One funny situation after another.
Laughter is the best medicine!
From all the art styles that I've seen, this one has to be one of the most clean cut well drawn styles. Which is also a factor of enjoyment when watching it.
Another reason for my Rating with this anime is the characters. When watching something it is important to have balanced characters that have different personalities. There are a lot of different personalities in Rosario + Vampire, which makes it diverse.
Overall it was very enjoyable and I recommend this if you want to watch something that is perverted and funny!
