Story:8-When I first heard this was about a mercenary joining a mercenary group and fighting demons,I thought it was going to be bad,but I was wrong.The story is quite easy to follow.Guts is a mercenary who gets challenged by Griffith and ends up being a part of his army. The leader of a mercenary army,Griffith,wants to make his dream come true no matter what.The problem with this is the pace of it.It gets interrupted by flashbacks,but those flashbacks tells us a little more about the characters.
art/sound:7-The looks good for something that came from the 90's.The scenery looks something from a fairy tale.A knight in shining armor,knights riding horses,fairies,castles,etc.The demons looked okay,but the woman demon in the last episodes looked very nice.The background music was nice.
Character:9-The 3 main characters where all great.They all developed nicely.
Guts-He's the hero type with big muscle,not sociable at first,but then he starts being more open
Griffith-For me,he's the best character in the show.He looks like a knight in shining armor.He wears a neckless that was given to him by a fortune-teller that will change his life.He's also the smart type that plans things through to ensure victory for the sake of making his dreams come true.
Caska-She's the only girl in the army.They didn't focused on her ass or boobs,more on why she became a solider and all the shit the enemies give her for being a woman in the battlefield.
Enjoyment:I really like this a lot expect for the ending.It really didn't look much of a ending.
