I found HOTD highly enjoyable, but I also felt like too much of the storyline was focused around large, bouncing breasts. In fact, compared to other anime, there wasn't much substance per-episode. Progression through the story was some of the slowest I've seen, due to the large amount of time spent on, ehh, extra-curricular activities.

Don't get me wrong, I love tits.
With that in mind: this show has way too much fan service. Without all the baggage that adds, this show would be at the top of my charts.

Synopsis: If you are fifteen years old, or have a raging desire for fan service, this anime is perfect for you. If you are anyone else, you will probably find it enjoyable, but nothing to go on about.
