-~Story 5/10~-
So, assuming you read this anime's synopsis here on MAL, you know the basic jist of things. For me, the story seemed straightforward and understandable, but bland and far too simple at the same time.

Here's how I saw the story and plot of the whole anime: Kiema romances girl every two episodes using his skills derived from dating sims, cute nii-san captures "loose souls." And then you just repeat that for 12 episodes.

-~Art 8/10~-
-~Sound 6/10~-
Generally, I'm not ever good with explaining why I "liked the art" or why I "liked the sound" of an anime >.>. I mean, there's no real reason as to why I liked the style of drawing, or style of music used in an anime -- it's all personal preference, and let's be honest, these two don't have that much of an impact on the actual anime, they aren't that important. So, moving on.

-~Character 5/10~-
I'm not so sure I liked a lot of the characters in this anime. I'm also not so sure this anime could be considered a harem either, each girl Kieta meets doesn't stick around for more than two episodes, they just disappear off the face of the world. This means there isn't much room for any development of feelings towards 60% of the vital characters for the anime. The only characters in this anime that you might start to get a feel for is Kiema, Kiema's mom, and cute nii-san.
Now, that being said, I'm sure some people will start to get minor emotion towards one of the female roles, but those would quickly be replaced by new emotions after you finish 2 sets of episodes (each pertaining to a different female).

-~Enjoyment 7/10~-
For my personal enjoyment of this anime, I give it a low 7/10. The story's blandness, the lies of harem (grr, was pretty angry about that), and the lack of character build up really made a hard impact on how much I enjoyed the anime. That being said, each episode had me laughing pretty hard -- from Keima being tazed, to baking a cake by sticking it in an oven and cooking the oven over a medieval camp fire. Probably one of the funnier animes I've seen, right next to Kureha Zombie Desuka.

Overall, I give this anime a high 7/10.
If you're into anime with cheesy romance, lots of blushing, cute little sisters, and a lot of comedy, I'd say this is for you.
