Strory-10
Nisemonogatari has more focus with the story same as Bakeomonogatari because of its toned down editing and it helps shines the characters and the ongoing story. Well now i give it a 10 why?, because the story focuses a lot more on the actual storyline. I know there is a bunch of fanservice everywhere...but that's make a major character development. As you can see, i can't stop waiting for the next episode of this series because of the plot that makes me interesting to watch it twice.Nisemonogatari focused more on Kare Bee which has 7 part, and it gives us a lot of background on Koyomi Araragi's personal life with his little sister(imouto), and it become quite emotional. After that the Tsukihi Arc that tells the other Araragi's sister also intresting, there is a new interesting characters and the story itself become more interesting as some . Yeaah this is a perfect monogatari!!
Art- 10
C'mon it's SHAFT!!, and they make another unique art for this franchise. So it's no doubt that this anime franchise has the perfect art and it looks beeatiful and original.
Sound-10
Ohh yeaah the sound...it is really catchy and very unforgettable. For Example, Karen Op was really energetic and interesting, you will hear that opening again and again, and i give it an 10 again..because every sound of the BGM feels right at the moment. The BGM has some variation and not repetitive. As for the new Tsukihi OP is very cute,oriental and original....The ending by CLARiS also great like The ending of Bakemonogatari by Supercell.
Characters-10
As i say in the story part, the character has more development. We can see the previous character like Senjougahara, and the others. But the real character development is for the fire sisters.The best is Koyomi's sisters make a unique and complex personalities.But it's too bad that the other character such as Nadeko Sengoku doesn't get too much development in the series, but her personalitites is alrady explained in Bakemonogatari. As you can see, you have to watch Bakemonogatari to understand every part of the character explanation, so you wont get bother with it and you will enjoy the show.

Ohh man..this is the best anime story i ever seen, the character,the humor, the art, and every part of it is so enjoyable and very great.I guarantee if you watch Bakemonogatari and continue with watching 4 episodes of Nisemonogatari, you will addicted to the series, you will be asking more and more, and you always waiting for the next episode.

Hell yeaah!!! it's a perfect Anime series,if you watch Bakemonogatari and continue to this series i bet you will think the same with me. The fanservice it's not ordinary, it's unique and yeah NisiOisin's literary versatility had continued to amaze me with Nisemonogatari. I can't wait to review the movie of the franchise,Kizumonogatari.
