It's basically a movie length with 6 episodes, for thar reason I expected most of the clichés cut from this anime that plagues most 12-24 ep romance anime. To some extent the anime is free from the usual bullshit, except that the main story is written around a trope that you see coming from miles away.
Not gonna spoil it, but it's gonna be very obvious very early on. However the delivery is good, it almost makes up for the tropey story. I can say the ending is also braver than what romance shows usually do.
But it's still a shame that the story is just sooo predictable. Even in the short timeframe there's a good amount of character development, the scenes and emotions make sense most of the time, the dialougues are enjoyable. It keeps you on the edge and makes you impatient, in a good way.
Predictability ruins this anime to some extent, but everything besides that are fine, so it's still worth your 2 hours if you're into romance, especially if you're used to tropes and clichés and you're more interested in delivery.
