So I am sitting here writing a review about this show...well there truly is not much to say, there are 12 episodes that are about 3 minutes each. If you saw this show and thought it would be about a railway club and learning about the city of Saitama, then THINK AGAIN. Most of the episodes are NOT about any railways or even the club for that matter. At least in the first show there was stuff about clubs and whatnot but still. Most of the episodes are random shit that makes no sense BUT there are some funny moments and the characters are pretty likeable. The animation is by far the worst part of this show, it is so stiff and odd its like watching a corpse on a string move around. the music was alright and the jokes were alright I guess. I would only recommend if you are seriously a big fan of the city of Saitama in japan, I am sure there are tons of those out there, right?, or maybe you want to put yourself through an hour of hard to watch animation and debatably funny jokes. IF YOU ARE A FAN OF JAPANESE RAILWAYS THEN STEER CLEAR.

oh well I guess it was not too bad in the end, the characters are likeable and the character designs are good too.
