I read this manga for the Summer Stack Challenge 2024. Kirari Books Meisouchuu! is a slice of life manga that takes place in a bookstore. It contains a bunch of cute characters doing cute stuff, with a minimum of plot related progress. There are a lot of mentions to Manga Time Kirara, which is a Japanese magazine. If you know nothing about Japanese magazines like me, I feel like it takes away a bit of the fun of reading this manga.
The characters were very cute, which drew me to reading this in the first place, but the jokes or story were not particulary funny or capivating for me to keep reading. The reason the manga is short is the reason I was able to finish.
