I am loathe to give this a 6/10 as it's a whole anthology on Gyaru Yuri which is somewhat underrepresented in the genre. I need to specify that it wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great.
To start off, there's alot of mangaka in this where it's their first involvement in a one-shot, and it shows in the storytelling and pacing of the short stories. It's understandable as there's not much to work with in a dozen pages or less, but even still, many of the stories felt rushed in the last two pages to get to a conclusion.
Artistically, they're all solid in design, some of them are stronger when it comes to showing off the gyaru clothes than others but there's nothing bad, there's also nothing spectacular about the designs and art either.
The long and short of it is, if you're a superfan of yuri you'll enjoy it, if you're a fan of yuri and an appreciator of gyaru culture you'll enjoy it, if you're only really into mainstream and popular yuri or not really into yuri at all you may not enjoy it. At the end of the day though, it's only one volume, so its a short read.
