Considering how it seems like the art and animation are all done on some old computer; the plot is merely a set-up for all the sex. Never mind that "cursed gun" and the sanity lost on those who possess it. DO mind the heavily-detailed genitalia in action.
This is also a good example of how "pick your path" is executed via anime. The characters talk about it... And then the endings get depressingly bloody. Note that the woman in the cover doesn't get any. (Hot sex, I mean.) But the lot of the other hot chicks herein DO. :)...
