I loved the light novel and manga a lot so I came To watch the anime. I don't hate it, other than the animation and some character designs everything is pretty much on point, but it does feel a little less enjoyable than the manga and light novel, especially light novel where it just feels like the characters have more emotions. Leon is still great, he was pretty accurately adapted his evil smile and scummy attitude is enjoyable. The problem mostly feels in the female cast which are actually pretty good, they are not dumb and got a strong nature but they felt a bit soulless in the anime.
Overall I would say that if you have not read any other source material you will enjoy it, else you might get a little disappointed but you won't hate it.
