I'd seen a lot of hype for the Manhwa of this so even though I never found it to look very interesting I gave the anime a shot. Its not bad. It's just mid. The plot itself is slightly interesting but feels really generic, although I'll admit I'm curious about the origins of his powers. The fight scenes are good, honestly nothing mind blowing but they were never bad I don't think, if a bit lackluster. Aside from that the series is deathly generic, after the opening episode where he gets his powers its just boring. Leveling up in dungeons and becoming an edgy emo generic anime mc, nothing compelling about the main character at all or the world they inhabit. I'll probably keep watching the second season to see where it goes but I have no hype for it.
