Ok, so change that from romantic to sibling and you have this show.
Overall this wasn't a bad idea. In most shows that couple and their bickering would be a fan favorite. The trouble is they are always the side characters for a reason. Some things are better in small doses.
Also it doesn't help that this show doesn't have a plot or anything. It's 100% just the bickering. Also it's one of those shows where the side characters are extra nice and exist to play cheerleader for the MCs.
I'm scoring this a 6 purely on the fun factor since plot and character are practically in the dumpster.
The dub it's actually fun. Most of the jokes are verbal and include untranslatable puns & word play in Japanese so they get lost in the japanese sub and all that's left is two very annoying characters. That is a painful 3 I'm afraid. The dub lands quite a few jokes making it worth your time.
