at first, my impression of this show was not Good, edgelord mc who wanted to kill fmc, all that Garbage, so I dropped it. five minutes in and I dropped it. but I finally picked it back up, which was worth my time. he grew more tolerable after the 2nd episode, he grew as a person. and that's what makes this show great, it sets a low bar, but then exceeds that low bar.
characters: some of the characters are there as satire, which sets them up as targets to shoot down, and i'm fine with that. some may not though, which is fine. the perverted kids in the back of the class and pick-up artist senpai are notes as those satire characters.
plot: the plot is half baked. it follows a couple consisting of an edgelord emo boy + a magazine model. it follows the trope of ugly mc meets beautiful mc, which is something seen a lot recently. I don't see it as bad, but it is not great. the feeing of them trying to be relatable for the mc is just disappointing. as it may be, the plot is also good at the same time, the way they express love to each other is unique and the matchup is weird but pulls you in.
animation: as the show may not have an appealing plot for some, but the animation is great. it doesn't have fight scenes but the feeling of the mcs meeting and establishing a connection with each other while having beautiful animation adds more money to the jar, but not a lot.
my thoughts: I recommend this to anyone looking to blow away time.
