You see that tall blonde woman in the janitor's uniform on the cover of this manga? That's Nao-chan. She isn't the main character.
She is more of a supporting character in a bunch of stories. Each chapter of this manga is about a student going through a problem. The problem could be as minor as not liking how your friends badmouth others or as major as sexual assault. Then Nao-chan does something to help the student, usually by listening and talking to them. She's no genie, however, and the problem always remains, but her joyful and kind nature always seems to leave the student in a better state.
Despite my praises, the manga can be hit or miss due to each chapter being about a completely different character. The creator is good at making grounded and relatable characters, but the nature of the manga means that you only have 1 chapter to get attached to them. I would like to see more recurring characters in the future, and with only 9 chapters out right now, the manga could reasonably transition to a more overarching story rather than the purely episodic nature it has now.
Overall, the creator is doing a good job, and I hope for more great chapters in the future!
