When it comes to storytelling and creativity, this manga is a 10/10. Character development is great BUT for the male characters. They get to advance and get better SUPER QUICK and they are all so amazing. And I love the male characters of this manga, but the female characters are just not it... and that makes me sad because all of them had so much potential in the beginning. We get Casca as the leader, just for her to be so heavily s*xualized and violated AGAIN AND AGAIN only to lose her mind and act like a child later in the manga, it is so sad. And that goes for the rest of the female characters as well, they all have a LUST for something, and had to be violated in some way in the manga. It`s like you see a new female character and you just KNOW what is going to happen in THE NEXT CHAPTER. But Griffith`s character is a masterpiece no doubt in that. The whole plot and the ideas that we see from the author are just amazing, it can never get boring. You get to see religion, fantasy, conspiracy, prophecy, and legends that people know or are talked about. And you see all of that clash and tangle between each other for the perfect fantasy story that can feel like real life sometimes. It is awesome and I love it.
The art is amazing, some panels are perfection - you can`t take your eyes off of it, and even if you started at it all day you won`t see ALL the detail that is in them, truly amazing.
So yes, I would recommend this manga, but I just wish that the female characters were better, and not so s*xualized.
