I only read this because of the comments saying it had no rape, or rapey scenes which is STRAIGHT UP LIE!!!
The first chapter was cute and no rape, plus the seme/alpha was one who didn't see omegas as toys for pleasure however by the end of the volume it seemed like the uke/omega liked the seme/alpha (Sorry it was confusing as to who was the MC and who was ML since it showed both point of views so I'll refer to them as uke and seme) and like they started dating but in volume 2 that's where it all went to trash, the rape was there but not till after the uke somehow became really stupid and went from "Only wanting to have sex with someone they love and often thinking about the seme/alpha" to being absolutely stupid, not knowing what feelings are and seeing sex as nothing but a means to end his heat when self will power fails, they lacked chemistry and it felt like a one sided love even after the seme/alpha kept confessing, and telling him he no longer wanted to have meaningless sex with him and that the only reason he was having sex with him during his heats was because he thought they were dating however now that he knows the uke/omega didn't see it that way and never did he no longer wanted to have sex until the uke thought about his feelings towards him and gave him an answer.
SO the uke/omega has a complete personality change which again made NO SENSE, he was raised by two parents who loved each other and thought him sex should be with someone you love, yet he now it isn't the case which ruined the point of volume 1 where he also saw it that way. To top it off around chapter 9 there is rape, the omega gets tied up and has his dick sucked against his will, WHY DO AUTHORS KEEP ADDIING RAPE TO OMEGA VERSE, this is just any o typical omega verse story with rape and a dumb omega that doesn't even know what feelings are.
Characters being able to have sex without feelings doesn't make a bad story it's just the way this story went from making him someone who cared to making him someone who never saw sex that way and like he doesn't know or care for love, feelings or anything special or dating ESPECIALLY after volume one where he seemed to like the alpha.
