Guy is reborn as the son of the Emperor and happens to have a skill that makes him stronger when he has more subordinates. But that's not his only advantage, as he proves to have immense talent as a ruler.
The manga is fantastic. The name is a bit misleading as his strength is more of a secondary aspect of the story, but I found the intrigue and his thinking, which is explained and explained in detail, incredibly entertaining.
Apart from the fact that it unfortunately has very few chapters, I can't criticize anything about this manga.
