The Story evolves a popular pest control doll called Hoihoi-san. Whose sole purpose in life is to destroy household pests like cockroaches. The problem with Hoihoi-san, is that she's so cute people just buy her not knowing what she really does. As for the case of the main character...
The art compared to Domu's later works are of slightly lower quality but you can tell its done by the same people who made Ichigo Mashimaro and the likes.
The sound is standard cute girl loli fare. I especially love how they gave Robo-voice to hoihoi-san and everytime she takes a step you'll go "OMFG thats sooo cute" no matter how straight or masculine you are.
The characters are very limited to a few lines but they all have a unique personality from each other and for the most part play their role very well in the story.
Overall, Domu fans are obligated to watch this 1-shot OVA. But people who are oblivious to how great Domu really is, this is a perfect start for that certain someone. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys a comedy. Besides, one 20 minute episode won't kill you. I have seen this 8 times, and I'm not dead yet ^_^
