SK8 was a unique for its time airing, I really thought it was a cash grab from the animation studio, but it wasn't. It felt really great watching it. Drama in a skate-boarding anime felt really unique to it as-well. The music felt really great with every scene matching with it. The animation felt really wonderful to see, looking at skaters do impossible tricks felt satisficing as-well. The dub was alright, but sub was triple times better than that. It felt like a long ride into something great. I thought, I would be bored just by seeing dude's skateboard, but it really turned out to be something completely different and amazing. The humor was really funny and not even cringe to watch. I would recommend this to people who just want to see a great TV-series with friendship drama.
