This is one of those kinds of manga where it'll hit the person reading it in different spots depending on where they are in life. If you're doing great, then this will manga will make you want to strive for more and live a fuller life. If you're doing miserable, this will make you think about all the 'what ifs' of tomorrow and would likely go on to base of inspiration, and can even cause mass introspection on the reader.
I strongly recommend this to anyone who's struggling in particular, as the depiction of this manga of what it's like to give up on life, and it's discussing on the change of hearth that occurs if you *knew* how long you had to live and what happens in your final days is done beautifully, albeit with the constant tinge of melancholy.
Ultimately, it's a relatively short read so there's not much excuse not to give it a go, and I'd say it has a lot of potential for re-readability when times get tough.
